However, even with a cursory glance at their site, we found out that we have another contender for getting into the black list of fraudulent brokers. The Paycet website is built on a typical template used by a group of scammers, which we have already talked about many times on binarybets.ru. Everything here, from the structure to the numbers of statistics, evokes an acute sense of deja vu. The independent service did not distinguish itself by originality, giving the lowest possible price tag for the efforts of the developers.
The home page includes traditional blocks:
- a slider with four main advantages, a button to go to the registration section and menu (markets, trading conditions, about the company, contacts, a list of available page display languages);
- Benefits;
- economic news;
- again the benefits;
- instructions for getting started and a call to start right now;
- tariffs.
In the footer, we see a duplicated menu and links to typical documents that scammers use to cover up their fictitious activities. At the very bottom is information about regulation and registration, which we will check in the next chapter.
Fraud broker Paycet: licenses, registration
We remind you that the information that we voice in our reviews is purely our opinion, based on an analysis of official information provided by the company, as well as reviews. You can always share your experience in a particular project in the comments.
On the pages of Paycet, information is published that the company is registered in Frankfurt and has licenses from leading regulators in the UK, Belize, Mauritius.
We checked the contact details of these comrades, but in Google maps we found only some kind of office building. Without any mention of our reviewers.
There is no information about a company called Paycet and in the registries of Mauritius and Britain.
And the IFSC license number, apparently, was invented by the organizers of this scam. Because we did not find any matches for it in the database of the Belize regulator.
They also do not have a license from the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, without which not a single office can work with Russian clients. Although, it is known for certain that it is Russian-speaking traders who are the target audience of these comrades. Otherwise, why would they translate their site into Russian.
We also ran through the documents that Paycet publishes on its page. We note right away that all these pieces of paper are filkin's letters downloaded from the Internet or from the same scammer. The wording in the user agreement puts clients in a deliberately disadvantageous position, as they remove all responsibility from the project organizers, give them the authority to collect hidden commissions, block transactions and engage in other indecency.
We would like to remind you that starting trading with a company that has published such documents on its website, you automatically subscribe to their terms, even if you have not read them.
Well, and for dessert - an analysis of the statistics and history of the project. The organizers of Paycet claim that they were founded back in 2019, have an audience of thousands of successful traders and were able to reach millions of trading volumes.
At the same time, the Paycet website was launched in September 2022, as evidenced by the domain age check data (see the very first screen at the beginning of the review). Thus, all these beautiful numbers in the "about the company" section are nothing more than a fraudulent trick.

We would not invest even a broken cent in this garbage can. After all, everything in it, from beautiful promises to contact details and licenses, is a complete lie.
